Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Damaged or Missing Items (Upon Delivery)

We pack every custom screen protector with extreme care, but we understand that international transit can sometimes be rough. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. To help us resolve this for you swiftly, please provide:

  • Clear, close-up photos or a brief video displaying the damage.
  • A photo of the outer packaging with the shipping label fully visible.
  • Your order number.

Depending on your selection at checkout, here is how we will take care of you:

  • With Premium Shipping Protection: Your claim skips the queue. We will fast-track your request and ship a brand-new replacement package within 2 business days—completely on us. Please note: If you prefer a refund over a replacement, our standard refund policy (Section 5) will apply, and any applicable service, protection, or fulfillment fees visible on your checkout receipt remain strictly non-refundable.
  • Without Premium Shipping Protection: Your claim will be routed to our standard manual review queue (which typically takes 3–5 business days to process). While we will do our absolute best to help, please note that you may be responsible for covering the international shipping and handling costs for the replacement package.

Please note: To protect our business against fraudulent claims, transit damage coverages are strictly limited to a maximum of one free replacement package per order.

2. Quality Guarantee & Warranty

Every Autolind screen protector undergoes rigorous quality checks before leaving our facility. If you notice a genuine manufacturing defect within 14 days of delivery, we are committed to making it right.

  • What’s Covered: Issues such as unexpected peeling, bubbling, or cracking under normal and intended operating conditions qualify for a free replacement. Please note: Small air pockets trapped during application are a common trait of tempered glass installation and can typically be smoothed out toward the edges using a squeegee or microfiber cloth within 24 hours. These do not constitute manufacturing defects.
  • How to Claim: Simply email us at service@autolind.com with your order number and supporting photos or videos. Our team will review it and respond within 24 business hours.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered: This warranty strictly excludes any damage resulting from installation mishaps or user error. This includes accidental scratches, creases, or dust trapped during application, tears from forceful handling, or damage caused by using third-party cleaning sprays, solvents, or adhesives.

3. Critical Installation Notice (Please Read Before Applying)

Because automotive screens are exceptionally large and feature specific curves, precise alignment can be highly challenging. We recommend that you do not attempt a DIY installation if you are inexperienced. Instead, we highly suggest taking your protector to a local professional car detailing shop or a professional window tint/vinyl installer for a flawless application.

If you still prefer to install it yourself, please note that screen protectors are single-use items and cannot be reapplied once laid down. Please ensure you watch our step-by-step installation video entirely and thoroughly prep your screen in a completely dust-free environment. Kindly verify the product dimensions and car model/year compatibility before breaking the protective seal or opening the original product packaging. Once the sealed product packaging is opened, it is no longer eligible for a standard return, even if taken to a professional installer. Autolind cannot be held responsible for failed installations due to a failure to follow instructions.

4. Situations Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

We always try to be as accommodating as possible, but we cannot accept returns or offer free replacements in the following scenarios:

  • Claims submitted more than 72 hours for transit damage, or more than 14 days for quality defects, after the carrier marks your package as delivered.
  • Incorrect Model Selection: Issues arising from the buyer selecting the wrong vehicle make, model, or production year at checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before ordering.
  • Installation Failures & Misalignment: Issues such as dust particles trapped under the film, unpushable bubbles caused by debris, or edge lifting/halo effects resulting from slightly off-center placement during installation.
  • Products that have been peeled off or separated from their original backing liner. Once the protective backing is removed, the film cannot be resold or reused.
  • Returns of opened, peeled, or used products based simply on a change of mind or subjective expectations. (Note: Unopened and completely sealed products in their original packaging are welcome to be returned within 14 days of delivery. However, the buyer will be responsible for the return international shipping costs, and any original shipping or protection fees remain non-refundable.).
  • Delivery Failures & Clearance Refusals: Packages that are abandoned, destroyed, or returned due to the buyer providing an incorrect/incomplete address, failing to respond to local courier contact, or refusing to fulfill standard local customs clearance requirements.
  • Repeated Transit Issues (High-Risk Addresses): In the extremely rare event that a package is successfully replaced once but the replacement is damaged again by your local courier, we will not issue further replacements. Instead, to prevent endless transit issues, we will trigger a forced partial refund (total core product value minus any non-refundable checkout fees specified in Section 5) and reserve the right to cancel future orders from that delivery route.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you have an unused product and would like to return it for a refund, please review our standard return conditions:

  • The Return Window: You must contact our team to initiate your return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed product packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are solely responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for packages lost on their way back to us.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Depending on the specific promotion or shipping rules active at the time of your checkout, the refund structure is determined by your receipt breakdown as follows:• Under Free Shipping & Taxes Included Promotional Rules: The core item value is refundable, but the Premium Shipping Protection fee ($2.00) represents an instant, fully rendered service upon dispatch and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.• Under Standard Standard/Calculated Shipping Rules: The original shipping fees, local customs duties/import taxes collected at checkout, and the Premium Shipping Protection fee ($2.00) are fully consumed during fulfillment and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Coupons & Promotional Discounts: If a coupon code, tier discount, or promotional offer was applied to your order, the refund will strictly reflect the net amount actually paid at checkout. Discount values hold no cash equivalence and will not be refunded or reissued. For partial returns of bundle deals, the refund will be recalculated based on the pro-rata adjusted net value of the returned item.

  • Get Authorization First: Please do not ship items back to the address on your parcel box without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be identified or processed by our warehouse. Please contact our support team at service@autolind.com first to obtain the authorized return warehouse address before shipping your package back.

6. Updates to This Policy

Autolind reserves the right to update or adjust these terms at any time to reflect changes in our shipping and logistics options. Autolind retains the right of final interpretation for all policy claims.
